diet plan

hi, im 142 pound and i want to pack on muscle but be lean at the same time, is this possible?, and what would be a perfect diet for me?

In general, however, you would want to eat 6 meals per day spaced 2-3 hours apart. You would eat about 1.5 grams protein per lb of body weight per day; 1 gram carbs per lb of body weight per day; .5 grams fats per lb body weight per day. Spread the protein out evenly amongst all meals. With the carbs, eat the largest portions at meal 1 and post workout meal. With fats, add them in (olive oil, almonds, avocado, natural peanut butter) at meals with less carbs. Good luck!
