Workouts

My current workout consist of day 1 chest day 2 bicep tricep day 3 legs day 4 back n shoulders day 5 rest and day 6 a full body workout. So my question is, is there a better routine to get better results?

Always best to change your split every few months to keep things fresh for mind and body. I do not see a need for a full body workout at the end of the week…you need that day to recover. Also, back should have its own day. This is better, for example: DAY 1: CHEST/BIS; DAY 2: LEGS, OFF; DAY 3: LATS/LOW BACK; DAY 4: DELTS/TRIS — THEN 1-2 DAYS OFF AND REPEAT.
