Food to eat

i think I am allergic to either wheat, gluten or something. Every-time i eat any bread, drink beer etc….i feel like i am going to explode. Thoughts?

Sounds like exactly what you said…wheat/gluten allergy. I recently took all gluten containing carbs out of my diet and my stomach is flatter, less bloated and feels so much better! Try and stick to gluten free oatmeal, gluten free breads, sweet potatoes, brown rice and quinoa for carbs.
