Eric. Thank you for allowing me to ask. Appreciate your time. Do you have any recommendations for Targeting the Log head of the triceps?

To target the long head you need to use movements where the elbows are up by the ears such as seated and incline DB or BB extensions, and bent over rope or v bar cable extensions. Make sure you keep those elbows back by the ears and go for maximum stretch on every rep to engage the long head!
