help to loose weight

Gud eve sir,

this is anuj goenka from nepal. my age is 19 yrs old and i weigh almost 90 kg with waist of 38", i have been doing workout since last 3 yrs wid average dieting but i am lacking proper result….instead i am getting much more skinny..

so i need ur help in dis matter also i lack proper diet and workout schedule….

I do not know what you have been doing exactly so I am not sure where you are going wrong. However, in general what you need to do is lift weights 4 days per week, hitting each body part once per week. You want to focus mostly on Barbell and DB movements, especially compound lifts. Your diet should be made up of equal amounts of quality proteins, carbs and healthy fats. You should eat 5-6 meals per day spaced about 2-3 hours apart. On days off from the gym you should do some cardio work for the heart and to keep body fat low — 30 minutes sessions is fine. Let me know if this advice helps.
