Good Fat-Burning and Muscle Building Workout On the Go

I recently began working out again. I have always been active until recently when my back injury started flaring up and my doctor made me stop working out. I was training for a marathon. I gained more than 20 pounds, even though I don’t eat bad, because I became sedentary. I started working out again and I have lost about 10 pounds so far and I can see I am beginning to gain muscle but a new wrinkle is that I took a new job where I am going to be traveling quite a bit and I need good workout for hotels. Resistance bands are okay but I need a good workout routine. Can you help me devise a good routine? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I go to hotels I like to combine cardio and resistance training by running stairs and doing a movement both a the top and bottom. So, for instance, I will run up two flights and then hit a set of push-ups. Then I will go down two flights and do crunches. Then back up two flights and do resistance band curls. Then go down 2 flights and do alternating lunges. This goes on for maybe 30 minutes and literally destroys my entire body!
