Fat loss muscle gain!

I am 6ft 2in and way 230. But I have a good amount of fat on myself. I want to gain significant muscle mass but lose alot of fat the same time. I’m afraid if I take in the amount of calories and protein needed to get the muscle results I want I will keep fat on. I’ve been working out for over a year now and have lost 35lbs of fat but still not seeing the results I want as far as muscle gains and fat loss. Any suggestions? What about supplements to enhance muscle growth? Currently I use L-glutamine, nitric oxide boosters and creatine. Cyleing on and off as directed. Choice of protein is bsn syntha 6

A: The biggest muscle builder and metabolic boost you can get comes from protein intake. Make sure you are getting about 250 grams of high quality protein each day. Next, I would suggest skipping the NO boosters and glutamine and opt for at least 250Mgs of EGCG from Green Tea Extract, combined with 200mgs of caffeine to boost your metabolism even further. Creatine is fine, and BSN makes good products, so I would not change that.
