If I am working out at 5 am what is a good pre workout meal?

20-30 grams of whey protein plus an apple or yam. Most of the time just getting something in your stomach is all you need to get a better workout. If you supplement then 3.2 grams of beta alanine and 3 grams of creatine is a killer stack.
