Hi vince. I read ur article about pivot points at Long story short it is a complete guidline to a person who want to design the body in his or her ideal shape. My point is that it would be more better (atleast to me) if u also suggest some key exercises for each body part you pointed in your article as you suggested exercises in article “beyond built;arms that look impresive standing still.” waiting ur reply. thanks.
