Opinion on lower abs

What are some lower ab exercises that you would recommend? Traditionally this is a difficult area for most yet all I see are people doing crunches and not too many exercises for lower abs.

I don’t believe there is just ONE single exercise that will sufficiently answer your question. I think the best approach is to incorporate variety and consistently change things up. With that being said, try incorporating various plank movements, reverse crunches, and sit-ups on a stability ball – they are all great movements to incorporate.
