Chest anatomy

Hi Pro ,whats up. My question is, i got developed outer area of me right pec but inner area remained un developed. Now whenever i hit chest,all the load converts to outer area and inner area is not developing. What should i do? Please help.

I would suggest working with dumbbells and focus on using a narrow grip when doing chest press movements. Try incorporating pushups with your hands closer together too. It won’t be a quick fix, but with time and effort you can correct the imbalance.
