SEX SEXIONS!!!

Hi there, I wondering why nobody talk about sex sessions. I mean, all what I read is about nutrition, techniques, cardio, how many calories we should consume etc etc etc, but nobody is taking care of our sex life is. I’m very active guy. I work 8 hours, go to the gym, eating and taking my supplements in the right way, and having sex 5 or 6 days per week, is this counts as a CARDIO? Is it good to eyaculate almost everyday or would be better if I have sex with no eyaculation what is really hard to do (lol), I realize that I lift more rigth after a foreplay session with my gf, no eyaculation involved, and get more horny when I finish my workout that day, so I come back home and we finish what we’ve started before, SHOULD I STOP THE RIGHT AFTER MY WORKOUT?
