trainers, i am 22 yrs old and consider my self in ok shape…i feel above average in strength but dont look like it…i run a resturant so i have trouble getting to the gym more than 2 3 times a week…i got a bench set at the house any workouts i can do with limited supplies to get the body i yern for….

Check out www.bodylastics.com and buy a set of strength bands. There are a ton of at home exercises that you can do with the bands. In fact, Mike McErlane has provided some exercise demos on his Workout 101 video series that utilize the bands. Also on my Power Up video series, you will see a bunch of exercises that can be performed at home with very little equipment. The exercises don’t take that long but they are highly effective!
