Full body workout

Any suggestions for a full body workout to help tone and burn fat?

The great thing about full-body workouts are the ideas are endless! I like to design programs for my clients who want to get lean and tight that move quick and incorporate upper body and lower body exercises back and forth. Include lots of cardio peaks between resistance work… jumping rope, plymoetrics, etc., and throw in core work for recovery as heart rate needs to lower. This will create changes in your heart rate—-interval training which is greta for fat burning.
