Hi Lisa, Thanks for answering my question..I was just wondering if slow burn cardio is the same as steady state? You recommended I do that instead of HIIT and running. How many days a week would you recommend it and also if you think Glycocarn is a good pre-workout supplement to add to help with increasing muscle? Thanks! Michelle

yes, slow burn is the steady, lower pace cardio… usually done for a long window of time. What is suggested was do both on alternate days.
