Hi, i wanted to know what can i do to improve my endurance. I will be taking a physical test within the year and since i really want this i want to know what can i do to improve it so that i can past. I gave birth to my second child so my shape is not to well. I recently started playing tennis again and trying to run/jog a mile. Im watching more of what i eat and try to do aerobics. I just need help since i really want to make the academy. What can I do to improve?

Hello! Keep doing what you are doing and slowly build your endurance. The past way to to this is interval training—-run fast, walk an repeat and plyometric training—explosive umping exercises. Start with the intervals and add the ploy training as you progress.
