Double crunch

I was reading the July/august issue 2010 of M&F Hers and on page 44, the bare essentials workout suggests doing a double crunch. Can you describe how to do this. Thanks, Rhonda Kopman,

HI Rhonda I do not have that issue, but I would imagine that you crunch your shoulders like a regular crunch and lift your knees up towards your face, at the same time, so everything pulls inward at the same time, as well as outward.
