Hello! Squats are great, explosive lower body exercise and a must for all. I would also suggest lunges, deeds, step ups. Also throw is machines such as hamstring curl and glute press. Here’s a small routine:

3-4 sets of squats—reps: 20, 15, 12, 10, adding 5-10 pound as reps decrease.

3-4 sets static lunges on smith, lower half range of motion—reps: 12-15, adding weight gradually so you can maintain required amt. of reps.

3-4 sets deadlifts—reps: 20, 15, 12, 10, adding 5 pound as reps decrease.

3 sets step ups on bench—20 per leg.
