Burn Fat

It is hard for me to burn fat, how can I do it effectively?

The easiest way is to exercise and eat properly. Pretty basic things to consider are the types of foods you need to eat and how often to eat meals. Most people who try to lose weight think that consuming less throughout the day and cutting back on their meals is the way to go. Its quite the opposite . You should be eating 5-6 meals throughout the day and consuming less during each meal. this will spike your metabolism and if you exercise 4-5 days per week you will be building muscle mass and burn fat.
