Get Shredded For Summer- Complete Program

I want to follow the plan that was just posted with the name on the title. However how do I know if the calories suggested are appropriate for me? I am a 41 yr woman, 5ft7" and I currently weigh 141lb. I would like to loose 10 pounds. Please let me know if the calories on this plan are good for me. Thanks in advance,


For you— about 1600 calories a day with moderate exercise, should get you to drop 10 pounds in about 8-10 weeks. Increase you exercise and you will lose faster, or you can add another 200-300 calorie to stay at 1-2 pounds per week with higher-intensity training.
