I’ve been training in martial arts and supplementing it with weight training for decades.A few years ago I dislocated my knee and tore up the support structure around it. Lately it’s been restricting my movements more and I want to increase my hip flexibility so I can take the pressure off the knee when I kick. Have you any advice on how often I should stretch and how to increase leg strength under full flex?

Everyday— stretching is great to rehab an injury. Hip flexibility is greatly improved though tower training or free motion cables… lots of turn out work helps.
