Hi-I am doing my first bikini comp in the Spring, and am just doing some typical weight train/cardio until my 16 week prep prior to. Bikini you have a more healthy shape and less bulk than figure. Do you have any suggestions on reps for weight/resistance to maintain lean muscle and not get extremely bulky (thighs especially). The judges want tone but not bulky. Thanks so much for your time!

It would be difficult for me to recommend or assess how much weight you should be working with as I am not aware of your current training plan or strength. To attain a bikini physique you should focus on lots of fast moving circuits that target multiple muscle groups in one workout. That way you are keeping your fat burning capacity up while you are toning your muscles rather than adding bulk.
