sprint tri training

I am 4 ½ weeks away from my first sprint triathlon. My training is going pretty good. I seem to be drained of energy a lot of days. I eat clean & take supplements. I usually get at least 8 hrs of sleep but would prefer 9. I run a family daycare out of my home & with school out I am busier than usual. I am looking at the nutrition end wondering if I am possibly missing something with the change in workouts preparing for the sprint. Thanks so much for your help. Tami
