lose weight

It has been a month that I have stopped going to the gym that i joined 3 months back.i had a proper eating habit and was fit.But now a days,since a month,I am at somebody’s place where I have to eat with everyone and the food is full of oil.i have gained weight (was 56 kg before and 62 kgs now).My height is 5ft7 inches.i cant go outside but would like to know what to do now?what exercise should i do?at home?crunches?i want to loose weight quickly.also,give me a meal plan.

You are not going to lose weight if you continue to allow others to make choices for you… your meals, your lifestyle, etc. Eat healthy whole foods and start moving your body and your body will change. Good luck.
