losing fat without dropping in weight

I am currently doing more weight lifting and drinking protein after to gain weight. I am 5'7 and weighed 119lbs. Currently I am 124. My goal is to get to 130. My question is how do I lose the fat left around my abs without dropping in body weight. I tend to drop weight easily. Gaining is the hard part. I know I have to continue doing cardio but how do I do that without going back down in body weight? Thanks.

If you have a hard time keeping muscle on… you are not eating enough protein and carbs at the right times of day, Never skip carbs after you work out and make sure you are eating ev 3 hours ;)
