Resistance Training=Cardiovascular Training+A Clean Diet=Lower Body Fat and More Muscle!

Make sure you are eating good food, hitting the weights regularly and getting “uncomfortable” during your regular cardio sessions.

Muscle weights more the fat, Focus on your decreasing fat percentage and inches lost to properly gauge your success, rather than obsessing every pound on the scale.
