Sugar Addict?

I am a total Sugar Addict, What is the best way to get off Sugar to eat healthier. My workouts are great but I am having a hard time eating properly.

The best way to stop eating sugar is simply to stop! I refer to sugar as a domino food—-one bite and it has a trickling effect for most! Once you eliminate sugars as well as most empty, white sources from your diet, you tend to stop craving them.

I usually enforce a food diary for my clients on need of managing their food intake. It will make you more accountable for everything you put in your mouth! Even with solid workouts in play, without a diet rich in nutrient dense food, you are not going to get the most positive results you deserve from all of your hard work.
