Rest Intervals?

I am an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and I just bought the Muscle & Fitness Hers book “101 Body-Sculpting Workouts & Nutrition Plans”. I have questions about what the rest intervals are for the programs in Chapter 1 – 4. I don’t read anything about them and they aren’t broken out in the charts. Can you please let me know as I would like to use this book as a resource.
