working out

i been training with my trainer now for almost 12 months and i been building muscle but it seems i still have dimples on the side of my thingh near my butt. i do lunges squats HITT great eating 5 to 6 meals a day small what am i doing wrong

you are not doing anything wrong—– the dreaded C-word… cellulite ; (( Weight training can dramatically smooth out dimples, but cellulite is genetic and almost impossible to get rid off.

Talk to your trainer about exercises that can add muscle to that area— Curtsey squats, walking lunges on an angle… there are a ton! The step mill is a girls best friend ; )
