how many calories

Lisa, I have ask this question to many people and trainers alike but I am still confused. I am 5'6 I weight 218 pounds. Sence November till now I have lost 12 pounds,and 8.5 inches.

some say 1400-1700 a few say 2200-3000. I workout 6 days a week weight training fro fourty five minutes then cardio for 30 minutes. I do eat the proper foods. HOW MANY CALORIES should I intake a day ?
