Burn fat/build muscle supplement?

I am a 25 year old female, a member of my local gym for 9 years now. I go about four days a week for a one hour workout which consists of 30 minutes of cardio (running or elliptical), stretching, and 20-30 minutes of weights (mostly upper body). I am 5'7 and 130 lbs. I am wondering if there is a supplement that can help me burn the fat around my waist and thighs, as well and help me build muscle. I love lifting weights, and my arms are pretty defined, but I am looking for a little bit more. I feel like I’ve been at a “plateau” for the past few years.

The best way to break a plateau is change! Change your routine, method of cardio, reps, weight, exercises. Get creative.
