Hello, I would like to know if the meal plan will help me if I train like a bodybuilder and not the average person. Also, Im in pretty good shape all but a bigger midsection and I would like to know if Im looking to get the bodybuilder physique should I lean more or use the diet to build muscle? Everything is in shape but my mid section…. Please let me know what are your suggestions.

You absolutely need to be on a meal plan if you are lifting hard and want extreme results. Just by eliminating empty calories and lifting heavy and hard, you will lean out and gain muscle. When you deplete your calories and increase your cardio work, it can be hard to add size.
