vegan or raw diet

Hello, I just started a 70/80 raw diet, how can I maintain my muscle or stamina without that extra animal protein?

Hello! From what I understand, you will get most of your protein from sources such as peas and beans. I have heard that Vega raw protein powder is pretty popular amongst the vegan/ raw fitness community. I would make sure that you have protein at very single meal and supplement with a powder like this—2 grams per serving. Since your diet leaves 20 vegan, not raw, I would devote that 20% to the great bean sources… kidney, lentils, quinoa, etc. Make sure you keep good fats in to keep your energy levels up… raw nuts, seeds, flax seed oil and avocado are great for fuel and will keep your vegan proteins slow-burning.
