sore arms

Hi Mike,

I have been working out for a year...not really hard core but just to get into shape. i decided to try and bulk up and i was making good progress until i hurt my forearms while doing barbell curls. I am not sure if i strained them or pulled or what but now both forearms hurt so bad i can hardly function! Is this normal? how can i continue without making it worse?

Also, while doing bench press i hurt my shoulder. is there a way that i should be doing bench press so that i will not hurt my shoulder?

The forearms are sore due to your interosis membrane between the radius and ulna being inflamed. Try using ib-profrin. For shoulders make sure to not do any pressing motion with the arms flared out and or pressing behind the head
