Gain muscle mass

Hello Mike,

I love your routines.  I have a question I hope you can help me with.  I am 52 years old weighs about 150.  I started working out in a gym and doing it for about 3 months.  I also started taking MuscleTech Testosterone Booster.  I have not really noticed any change in my body. (gaining muscle).  Is there anything else I should be taking besides this.  I am eating healthy, not sure if I am rushing into seeing results. But can you recommend anything and usually when can you start to notice body muscle changes?

Hey Gary, Well, Taking a test booster should only be because you are experiencing low test levels. However, If you are not taking a pre workout that has proper doses of creatine, beta alanine, betaine, citrulline malate and others like 6 grams of BCAA’s, then you could be hindering your progress. Honestly there is only ONE pre workout product that i would recommend and that would be Pre JYM, by my good friend Dr. Jim Stoppani. You can find it here. Also a good Protein and Post workout should be consumed and I know the good Doc plans on coming out with eventually.
