Changing my workout schedule

Between kids, family and a very hectic work schedule I've been limited to working out 4 days a week. Most of the workouts on the site are 5 day a week workouts. How can I best use the site to locate the best 4 day workouts? Thanks!

Im so sorry for the delayed response. the best thing is to use the search feature for any workouts and or featured workouts that match your criteria. My suggestion is that you perform any of the listed plans even if they are 5 day programs and just follow them even if they take you longer than the suggested 4 weeks.
