Workout Duration


I started the workouts on your site. I normally only train for an hour in the gym. With these workouts, I am in the gym for 2 hours. Am I over training?

Not at all. Sometimes depending on the rest periods it can take longer. 2 hours is a bit much. every program was designed with about 90 minutes. try taking no longer than 30 seconds in between rest periods.
