Sticking Points

I am currently weighing in at 165 lbs. I have been struggling to maintain my current weight. I would love to gain weights and improve my biceps, hamstrings, and bench. Last week I benched 295 four times and was smashed by 320. Can I get some tips to improve on these trouble spots? Josh
