What are some good tendon exercises to help build overall strength i.e. bench, squat, deadlift?

hmm? tendon exercises. well there really are not any. as far as helping with bench and squat and deadliest going up in weight is directly related to muscle strength and technique vs tendons being strong. Tendons secure the muscles to the bones which are not responsible for strength in your lifts. try doing my deadliest insanity workout to help with those lifts going up
