Pre workout and Post workout supplements

Do you think pre workout and post workout supplements really make a difference in your workout results? Do you think you can eat the right foods before and after workouts and get the same results?

Not unless the foods you eat have 6 grams of Branch Chain Amino Acids, 2 grams of creatine, 6 grams of Citrulline Malate etc…YES, they make a HUGE difference. Look I spent years in college with my professors and others saying now supplements are bogus, and YES, while many offer little results there are few who do it to the standards that have science backing the results. It wasn’t until I educated myself on the benefits of supplements, and I encourage you to do the same.
