super sets

Hi

Some of the workouts contain super sets with 4 to 5 exercises. However the number of sets per excersise is different e.g. the first and second excersise is 2 sets, third and fourth is 3 sets and the fifth is 4 sets. How should I do this super set?


The Super sets are actually meant to be done with the exercises above and below the super set listing. For example. Bench Press 3x10 SUPER SET
Band Flys 3x1- DB Bench 4x15 Push ups 2x fail

The exercises you super set are the bench press and the Band FLYS ONLY.
