Bicept peek

I find it very difficult to hit the peek of the bicept in my workout. I have been training for 14 years off and on. While I can get a really good workout on the rest of the bicept, I just cant find an exercise to get a good contraction on the peek. When I flex with no weight I can get the contraction I’m looking for, just not with lifting weights.
