Chest flys substitute??

Saw your video on fly workouts (low, middle, high) for a better chest. Is there any way to do those with free weights? Aside from laying on the flat bench? Love the videos, they are a huge help! Thanks!


Yea Bruce, Although constant tension is taken away due to the fact that the dumbbells only have a line of resistance vertically, you can start on an incline bench and do flys, then flat bench, then finish on a decline bench to target all of the areas of the fan shaped pec.
