HELP!!

Hi Mike,

My name is Simon, I'm from London, England and I really need your help and advise. I am 41 years old, 170 cm tall, and I weigh 145 kilos, I have had a gastric bypass in order to lose weight and can only eat a very limited amount, which is not such a bad thing. I have seen many of your videos and clips with regards to training, however the problem I have is none of your videos are aimed at people who are classed as morbidly obese such as myself, I need a complete body overhaul and I wanted to ask if you have any advise for someone like me?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks,

Simon Poole

Hey Simon! Well I’d have multiple questions first. One how long ago did you have surgery and are you cleared for activity and weight training? Also are there any other health related conditions such as here issues etc. the bottom line is no matter where you start the journey is going to be difficult. Whether you are 5 foot 5 and 319lbs or 6 foot 1 200 lbs. the key is to start. Then get on a plan that will actually help you get there. I am going to tell you to follow the workouts exactly designed for your goals. All you truly have to do is start. So when you went through the login process here, a profile of workouts was created. All you have to do is click on workouts and select either gym or ball and band workouts (if you don’t have a gym) and follow that structure. As far as your eating goes, I am not going to dive into that at the moment because I assume after this surgery the doctor has you on a specific diet correct? Keep me updated by emailing me on the workout trainer Facebook page.
