Help Building a Strong Back

I am looking to build a broad and strong back. I a having a hard time finding a routine that will work for me any suggestions?

Well you cant go wrong with Deadlifts or any type of bent over rowing movement to help develop a strong back. Deadlifts however really need to be done correctly with proper technique or else you’ll hurt your back rather than help. The main objective for you should be to perform a workout that really helps target the lats and the lats provide the width your looking for Try this program in the meantime if your not too sure on Deadlifting just yet.
