Supplement Stack

Just watched your videos on pre jym and know about both pre/post jym products.  If you were to build a supp stack around those products what other products would you recommend getting?  What a workout day stack and a non-workout day stack look like?


Honestly I personally take Pre, post and Pro JYM. That is the only stack you need. Jim explains these here. and as far as taking during training days vs. non training days.
