Drop Sets

Hi Mike,

First of all, thanks for all your fantastic videos. Including anatomy and how the muscle works to explain the best technique is fabulous, I have learned a lot from them.

I am curious what your take is on drop sets? To mix things up I will include it in my workouts every 3rd/4th week. Starting a bit lighter than my max and trying to stick to a certain amount of reps for each set as I drop weight (usually 3 sets consecutively. Do you recommend it?
