how do I find my membership status
also when 1 rep exercise is followed by 4 rep of same exercise what does that mean?
Membership status? If you asked this question, then you are logged in. Look up at the top of the page and you can manage your account. 1 set of 4 or in that manner is usually associated with cardio. 1 set of 4 means 4 minutes. Click on the exercise and it will explain.
