RHC Workout

Hey there! Just wondering what level (intermediate / advanced) the RHC workouts were intended for and whether you already need to be in shap eto start it?

Also, what are your views on having an off day from a diet?

Well any workout really can be designed for any level to be quite honest. It just depends on the types of movements, sets, reps, and weight that really differentiate one from the other. I would say its safe to assume an intermediate level for most programs. As far as diet, sure cheat days are allowed as long as its within reason. Dont go to diving into pizza, smores, and candy bars to purposely make up for those good days your on track. ;–)
