Rhythmic and Power movements

Is that true that the power moves is for building mass? What are the list of power moves and rhythmic movements?

Power movements have long been debated. The actual definition of Power is force x velocity. So that means maximum speed x maximum load. The exercises that result in power and speed are more olympic style movements such as a Power Clean, Snatch etc…other ways to develop power would be to perform plyometrics. Power movments do help tremendously as building mass, but most power movements such as the ones listed above incorporate the entire body, not necessarily one specific muscle or muscle group.
